- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Sale items or products marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

- Send the item you want to exchange back to us, following the instructions you receive.
- Once we receive the returned product, we will ship the exchange item to you at no additional cost for shipping.
Damaged or Defective Products
